Accounts Executive

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, invoicing, payroll, and accounting software like Tally.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Near Metro)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST (Day Shift)

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST filing and GST return preparation.
• Manage TDS deduction, filing, and claim processes.
• Monitor TDS payment thresholds and compliance.
• Prepare invoices and manage billing activities.
• Process payroll and maintain salary records.
• Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Maintain accounting records and reconciliations.
• Work on Tally and other accounting software.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts & Taxation
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Hands-on experience in payroll and invoicing
• Proficiency in Tally
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Profile

• Candidates from Delhi NCR or nearby locations preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
