Location: Noida Working Days:

6 Days a Week (Monday–Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain vendor records and payment schedules.


Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records.

• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.

• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate revenue recording.


Banking & Reconciliations

• Perform daily bank reconciliations.

• Record and reconcile all banking transactions.

• Coordinate with banking partners for operational requirements.


General Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Pass accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.

• Manage ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.


GST, TDS & Compliance

• Assist in GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and filings.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits and assessments.


MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare periodic MIS reports and management dashboards.

• Support preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.

• Assist leadership with financial data and business insights.


Audit & Internal Controls

• Maintain documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies.

• Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements.


Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and reconciliations.

• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution capability.
