Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Position: Accountant & Export Compliance Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional who can independently handle accounting, export documentation, banking and export compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, cash & bank.

• Handle bank reconciliation and monitoring of banking transactions.

• Maintain GST, TDS and Income Tax related records.

• Coordinate with CA for accounting, taxation and compliance requirements.

• Maintain proper books of accounts and financial documentation.

Export Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify Export Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills and other export documents.

• Coordinate with courier companies, freight forwarders, CHA and shipping agents.

• Handle export-related documentation and follow-up.

• Maintain records related to Shipping Bills, EGM, EDMS, LUT, DGFT, GST and other export compliance.

• Maintain proper records of export shipments and compliance documents.

• Ensure timely submission and maintenance of export-related documents.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an Export Company.

• Good knowledge of Export Documentation & Compliance.

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and accounting software/ERP.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage documentation accurately and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of international shipping and export procedures.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Equivalent Qualification

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Negotiable based on experience and skills)
