Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills to handle vendor payments, client follow-ups, and routine accounting tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
  • Prepare and update financial records in Excel
  • Handle vendor accounts, payment tracking, and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups via WhatsApp and email
  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
  • Support management with regular MIS and accounting reports


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent email and WhatsApp communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
  • Professional and polite behavior in all correspondence
  • Candidates with good written communication and attention to detail will be preferred
