Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Investment - Ghaziabad / Noida / Gr. Noida candidate will be most prefer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting & bookkeeping activities

• Handle GST, TDS & statutory compliance

• Monitor receivables, collections & client outstanding

• Process payroll, incentives & reimbursements

• Perform bank reconciliations & cash flow management

• Prepare MIS reports, expense analysis & profitability reports

• Support audits and maintain internal financial controls

• Manage vendor payments and compliance documentation

✅ Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST & TDS compliance

• Experience in MIS reporting and financial reconciliation

• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Prior experience in real estate or consulting industry preferred
