Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
- Support management with accounting reports and financial data.
