Account Executive (Accounting)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, billing, and statutory compliance support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices, billing, and expense entries.
• Maintain cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
• Perform bank and party/vendor reconciliations.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare outstanding payment and collection reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Monitor branch expenses and verify supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
