Account Executive (Accounting)

 Record daily financial transactions including sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments. • Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursement claims. • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and petty cash management. • Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts. • Prepare financial statements and management reports. • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, PF, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. • Assist auditors by providing documentation and support during internal and external audits. • Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and compliance-related matters. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.). • Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance. • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
