Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors / Career Development Advisors to guide prospective students in selecting suitable online degree and certification programs. The role involves counselling, lead nurturing, admissions support, and achieving enrolment targets through consultative sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
  • Provide accurate guidance on online degree programs, universities, course structure, and career opportunities.
  • Assist students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to final enrolment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM systems.
  • Build strong relationships with students and provide an excellent counselling experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and online education developments.
  • Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Online Degree Counselling.
  • Experience in online higher education counselling will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools such as LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
