Job Description

Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Plan and allocate jobs to Service Advisors and Technicians.

Monitor vehicle flow, job progress, bay utilization, and timely delivery.

Ensure proper implementation of workshop processes and SOPs.

Maintain workshop discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles.

Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.

Monitor customer feedback, CSI, repeat complaints, and service quality.

Ensure proper communication with customers regarding repair estimates, additional work, and delivery timelines.
