Web Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, modern web design trends, and the ability to create engaging digital experiences that align with business goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive website layouts, landing pages, and web interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web projects.
• Develop visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to implement designs.
• Ensure website designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Design banners, icons, graphics, and other web assets. 
• Conduct website audits and recommend design improvements.
• Stay updated with current web design trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design standards.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in web design.
• Portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus. 
• Conduct website audits and recommend design improvements.
