About Us Ram Food Industries is a growing manufacturer of premium moong products with two manufacturing plants. We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and hands-on Loading & Unloading Supervisor to ensure smooth dispatches, accurate inventory, and proper warehouse operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all loading and unloading activities.
• Physically count and verify every bag loaded and unloaded.
• Ensure bag count, weighment (Kanta), and documentation match before any vehicle enters or leaves the factory.
• Verify delivery challans, inward challans, gate passes, weighment slips, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure no vehicle is dispatched without QC clearance and complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all inward, outward, and stock movements.
• Take ownership of inventory accuracy by ensuring proper stock recording, physical verification, and reconciliation.
• Immediately report shortages, excesses, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, identification, and traceability of all materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Transport teams for smooth material movement.
• Supervise labour and ensure loading and unloading are completed safely and on time.
• Prevent unauthorized movement of any material within or outside the factory.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping in the loading and warehouse areas.
• Desired CandidateGraduate preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, inventory, or loading & unloading operations.
• Experience in Food Processing, Rice Mill, Dal Mill, Flour Mill, FMCG, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent inventory management, stock control, and reconciliation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to work on the shop floor.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% bag count accuracy.
• High inventory accuracy with zero avoidable stock discrepancies.
• Zero unauthorized dispatches.
• Accurate documentation for every inward and outward movement.
• Timely loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Safe and well-maintained loading and warehouse operations.
• Working Hours12-hour shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Weekly off with the option to work all 7 days for additional pay.
