Warehouse & Inventory Executive

We are looking for a physically fit, responsible and disciplined Warehouse & Inventory Executive who can take complete responsibility for the physical stock and day-to-day warehouse records.

This person will ensure that physical stock, inward stock, outward stock, and system records are properly maintained and matched.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Stock Management

* Maintain and organise all warehouse inventory.

* Take responsibility for the *physical counting and accuracy of stock*.

* Regularly check physical stock against system records.

* Identify any shortage, excess, damage or mismatch immediately.

2. Inward Stock Management

* Receive products coming into the warehouse.

* Count and verify incoming products.

* Check quantity against invoices/challans.

* Record all inward stock properly.

* Update inward entries in *BUSY Accounting Software*.

* Report any quantity mismatch or damaged products immediately.

3. Outward & Dispatch Management

* Count and verify all products being dispatched.

* Maintain proper outward records.

* Verify SKU, product and quantity before dispatch.

* Maintain a daily record of total orders dispatched.

* Ensure that no product is dispatched without proper entry/authorization.

* Coordinate with the dispatch/packing team.

 4. BUSY Accounting Software

* Use BUSY Accounting Software for inventory-related work.

* Maintain stock entries and inward/outward records.

* Check stock availability in the system.

* Match physical stock with system stock.

* Make necessary inventory entries accurately.

* Basic knowledge of accounting/inventory processes is required.

5. Daily Stock Reconciliation

The candidate will be responsible for answering:

*Opening Stock + Inward – Outward = Closing Stock*

Any mismatch must be reported to the management immediately.

 6. Warehouse Discipline & Responsibility

* Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse.

* Ensure products are kept in their designated locations.

* Prevent unnecessary movement or loss of inventory.

* Maintain proper discipline within the warehouse.

* Assist in loading/unloading products whenever required.

* Be physically active and comfortable handling cartons and inventory.
