Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Okhla phase II
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Process orders across multiple e-commerce platforms and ensure timely fulfillment.
* Handle return claims, exchanges, refunds, and reverse logistics activities.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards using Advanced Excel.
* Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.
