Waiters / Baristas

Galaxy Pizza is hiring experienced Waiters / Baristas to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality beverages. If you have experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café and service area.
• Recommend menu items and upsell products.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility

✅ Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Barista.

✅ Experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or premium hospitality brands.

✅ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).

✅ Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

✅ Professional grooming and positive attitude.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Café Coffee Day (CCD), Barista Coffee, Third Wave Coffee, Tim Hortons, or premium restaurants and hotels will be preferred.
