Job Summary :

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every guest has a pleasant dining experience.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Present bills and assist with payment when required.
• Set up tables before service with clean cutlery, crockery, glasses, tissues, and condiments.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
• Cleaning & HygieneClean dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, counters, and waiting areas.
• Refill tissues, sauces, condiments, and drinking water.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Support teammates during busy hours.
