💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/Month

💼 Experience: Relevant experience in Student Visa Counselling and/or Visitor Visa Processing

Position: Visa Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to handle end-to-end processing for both Study Abroad and Visitor Visa applications.

Key Responsibilities

🎓 Study Abroad Visa ✅ Counsel students for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Europe.

✅ Assist with university/course selection and admissions.

✅ Prepare visa files, SOPs, financial documents & application forms.

✅ Coordinate biometrics, interview preparation & embassy submissions.

✅ Track applications and stay updated with UKVI, IRCC/GCKey, SEVIS & other immigration policies.

✈️ Visitor Visa ✅ Process Tourist/Visitor Visas for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE & Southeast Asia.

✅ Verify documentation, schedule visa appointments & biometric submissions.

✅ Handle e-Visa applications and online portal processing.

✅ Track applications and coordinate with embassies, travel partners & clients.

📋 General Responsibilities ✔️ Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

✔️ Coordinate with embassies, universities and financial institutions.

✔️ Ensure compliance with immigration guidelines.

✔️ Prepare MIS reports and application trackers.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).

✔️ Experience in Student Visa Counselling and/or Visitor Visa Processing.

✔️ Knowledge of GCKey/IRCC, UKVI, SEVIS & e-Visa portals.

✔️ Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

✔️ MS Office & CRM knowledge preferred.
