Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who can create ad-ready content tailored for Meta Ads and other social platforms. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, knows what type of creatives drive conversions, and stays updated with the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form content for ads (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels).
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to deliver performance-oriented creatives.
• Implement best practices for Meta Ads editing (hooks, pacing, CTAs, etc.).
• Research and adapt trending formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Support wider creative needs when required (brand videos, product videos, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience editing for Meta Ads or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives or high-performing short-form content.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and audience behavior.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining creativity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and A/B testing for ad creatives.
• Basic graphic design skills.
