About the Company-

The Part Warehouse is a leading India-based exporter and distributor of automotive spare parts with over 30 years of industry presence. Operating from a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse managing over 20,000 SKUs, we export Genuine, OEM, and premium aftermarket parts for 12+ OEM car brands (Toyota, Hyundai, Suzuki, Tata, Mahindra, etc.) and 30+ top aftermarket brands (Bosch, Brembo, Valeo, Schaeffler, Denso, etc.) across 20+ countries worldwide.

Role Overview-

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Development Executive to source, onboard, and manage suppliers across genuine OEM, OES, and automotive aftermarket brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, managing supply chains, and ensuring full export-readiness for international dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, manufacturers, OES suppliers, and authorized distributors for automotive spare parts.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with OEM/aftermarket brand distributors (e.g., Bosch, Valeo, Denso, Schaeffler, etc.).
• Price Negotiation & Procurement: Negotiate competitive rates, terms, credit limits, and lead times to maximize profit margins and procurement efficiency.
• SKU & Inventory Alignment: Coordinate with the warehouse team to source required SKUs from an expanding portfolio of 20,000+ automotive components.
• Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure all sourced parts meet quality standards, genuine brand certifications, and custom packaging requirements for export.
• Export Coordination Support: Work closely with the export operations and logistics teams to ensure vendor dispatches match export timelines, packing lists, and documentation needs.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in vendor development, procurement, or supplier management in the automotive spare parts industry.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of OEM car brand parts (Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, Toyota, etc.) and major aftermarket component brands.
• Market Network: Strong existing vendor network across Delhi NCR (e.g., Kashmere Gate hub) and major Indian automotive supplier hubs.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, vendor audit, inventory estimation, and communication skills.
• Education: Graduate in Business, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience dealing with export-oriented supply chains and international trade documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP / Inventory Management software for handling 10,000+ SKUs
