Job Description

Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer queries related to travel packages.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages and destinations.

Explain complete trip details including itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, hotels, transportation, and activities.

Prepare and share customized travel plans based on customer preferences and budget.

Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip arrangements.

Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive travel experience.
