Travel Agent / Consultant - Holidays

About the roleWe’re looking for Travel Sales Consultants who can understand customers’ travel needs, recommend personalised holiday packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Experienced travel professionals, candidates from other sales backgrounds are welcome.

• Key responsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and online channels.
• Understand travel dates, budgets and preferences to recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Prepare and explain itineraries, quotations, inclusions, exclusions and booking terms.
• Address customer objections and follow up consistently to close bookings.
• Meet monthly booking and sales targets while following approved pricing.
• Maintain accurate lead records, conversation notes and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with operations for a complete handover of confirmed bookings and customer commitments.
• What we’re looking forClear communication in Hindi and basic English, including written WhatsApp messages.
• Confidence in customer conversations, negotiation and objection handling.
• Consistent follow-ups, attention to detail and ownership of assigned leads.
• Comfort using WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, and learning CRM tools.
• A calm, respectful approach to customer concerns.
• A willingness to learn about destinations and build a career in travel sales.

Previous experience selling holiday packages is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
