Travel Agent / Consultant

SS Rana Tour And Travels is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented International Tour Sales Executive to handle sales and customer inquiries for international holiday packages, especially Bali, Thailand, and Singapore.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Promote and sell Bali, Thailand, and Singapore tour packages.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Bali, Thailand, and Singapore destinations.
• Experience in travel sales or tour package sales will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with sales targets.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
