Transport Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Executive to manage and coordinate daily transportation operations in and around Kundli, Rai, Sonepat. The ideal candidate should have experience in vehicle dispatch, route planning, vendor coordination, and basic logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all transport-related operations on a daily basis

• Interaction with customers to Ensure prompt feedback

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods/vehicles as per the schedule

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, fuel usage, driver duty rosters, and maintenance schedules

• Liaise with transport vendors and ensure compliance with service agreements

• Resolve transport-related issues and delays proactively

• Ensure all vehicles comply with company policies, safety norms, and statutory regulations

• Report to the logistics/operations manager and maintain MIS reports regularly

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (logistics/supply chain background preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transport/logistics operations

• Familiarity with local routes and transport regulations in and around Kundli, Rai, Sonepat.

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, GPS tracking tools, and transport management software is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
