Job Summary

We are looking for an Instructor – Code 95 Theory to train heavy vehicle drivers preparing for employment across Europe. The role involves delivering Driver CPC (Code 95) theory training, conducting assessments, maintaining training records, and ensuring candidates are well-prepared for certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Code 95 theory training through classroom and online sessions.
• Manage batch communication and share training schedules with candidates.
• Conduct quizzes, track attendance, and monitor candidate progress.
• Maintain training records and update candidate details in the CRM.
• Prepare training materials and support candidates with revisions.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth batch execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer, Teacher, Instructor, or Counsellor.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and online meeting platforms.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Details

• Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi
• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office)
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off)
