Job Description
• Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international tour packages
• Lead tour groups and ensure smooth travel experience from start to finish
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and local vendors
• Handle guest check-ins, travel documentation, and itinerary briefings
• Provide on-tour assistance, support, and problem resolution
• Ensure health, safety, and comfort of all travelers during the trip
• Manage last-minute changes, delays, or emergencies effectively
• Maintain daily tour reports and submit feedback to management
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally
• Promote additional services and travel packages during tours
