Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
* Search and identify relevant government and private tenders related to elevators, escalators, AMC, modernization, and control panels.
* Monitor portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, Railways, Metro, PWD, CPWD, MES, and state government portals.
* Review tender documents and prepare bid summaries.
* Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
* Coordinate with technical, accounts, and management teams for required documents.
* Arrange EMD, Bank Guarantees, affidavits, and statutory compliance documents.
* Upload bids and ensure timely submission before deadlines.
* Track tender status and maintain tender records.
IndiaMART & Lead Management
* Handle all IndiaMART enquiries and incoming leads.
* Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
* Prepare and send quotations for elevators, escalators, AMC, modernization, and spare parts.
* Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
* Maintain lead database and update enquiry status.
* Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and negotiations.
