Job Title: Tele sales Executive – Health Insurance Sales

Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated and target-driven Tele sales Executives for Health Insurance Sales. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable health insurance plans, handling queries, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain health insurance plans, features, and benefits
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
• Adhere to company policies and IRDAI guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Experience in BPO, Tele sales, or Insurance Sales is preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
