Job Title: Academic Counselor / Telecaller (Work From Office)

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Academic Counselors / Telecallers to guide parents and students regarding preparation for Sainik School, Rashtriya Military School (RMS), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVST), and other competitive school entrance examinations.

The role involves handling inquiries, counseling parents, offering free trial classes, following up with prospects, and helping students enroll in our courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads generated through advertisements, website inquiries, social media, and referrals.
• Explain course features, admission process, fees, and benefits to parents.
• Invite and enroll students for free trial classes.
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested parents.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.
• Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
• Build trust with parents and address their concerns professionally.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, customer support, or education sector preferred.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Details:📍 Work Location: Office-Based

🕒 Timing: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
