Position OverviewSaggio Insurance Marketing is seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and driving sales. We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for customer engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Connect with potential leads via telephone to pitch insurance products and services.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify prospective leads, build a robust pipeline, and drive them towards successful conversion.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand client requirements patiently, explain product benefits clearly, and address queries professionally.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/calling objectives.
• Data Integrity: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and sales pipelines into the company's internal tracker/BPO systems.
• Candidate Profile & QualificationsEducation: Graduate (in any discipline).
• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Previous experience in a BPO, telecalling, or sales ecosystem is a plus.
• Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency along with fluent regional communication skills.
• Core Competencies:
