 ⏰ Shift: 10:00am - 07:00pm

 💼 Experience: Fresher to 1 year experience

 💰 Salary: 12k - 16k( Depends on the interview) + Incentives (depend on the target)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You should be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle objections and questions confidently.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
