Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Telesales Executive to help us expand our business. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

An ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and possess a strong ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or following up on warm leads.
  • Sales Pitching: Effectively explain our products/services, answer questions, and highlight the value proposition to prospects.
  • Lead Conversion: Understand customer needs, handle objections professionally, and close sales deals successfully over the phone.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and personal details in our database/CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar sales/customer service role (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
  • Education: High school diploma, Graduate, or equivalent.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, polite, and persuasive tone. Fluency in local languages/English as per business requirements.
  • Skills: Strong active listening skills, negotiation abilities, and effective objection handling.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Mindset: Results-driven, persistent, patient, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
