Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented B2C Sales Executive who can generate sales by interacting directly with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Share product details, quotations, and offers via WhatsApp, Email, or Call.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel on a daily basis.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery.
• RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Preferred SkillsStrong communication skills.
