Telesales Executive

Identify and connect with potential dealers and distributors through outbound calls.

* Develop and onboard new dealers for HR Coil and TMT Bars.

* Explain product features, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.

* Generate sales by converting enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

* Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.

* Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

* Maintain daily call records, customer database, and sales reports.

* Achieve monthly sales and dealer acquisition targets.
