Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and persuade customers to make purchases.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and answer customer questions.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or database.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or graduate (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Prior telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
