About the Role We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Experience Required

✅ 1–2 Years of Telesales Experience (Any Industry)

Preferred Background:

• Real Estate Sales

• Loan Sales (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP)

• Insurance Sales

• Banking & NBFC

• Financial Product Sales

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to prospective customers

✔ Generate leads and identify sales opportunities

✔ Follow up with customers and maintain relationships

✔ Explain products/services and resolve customer queries

✔ Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals

✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
