Telesales Executive

Job DescriptionMake daily outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain the company's loan products, understand customer requirements, and check eligibility.

Filter interested customers and schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.

Maintain a daily calling sheet and manage regular follow-ups.

Minimum 6months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, with a polite and confident tone.

Ability to handle customer queries patiently over the phone.
