📞 Telesales Executive - Insurance Sales
💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🎯 Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000+ per month
💵 Total Earning: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000+ per month

- 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or cold leads.
- Explain the features, benefits, coverage, and terms of Health Insurance plans clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Ensure all calls and sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
