Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC + ₹5,000 Incentives

Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives for the insurance sales process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through phone calls, explaining insurance products, handling customer queries, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain insurance products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Maintain customer records in CRM software.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Candidates with BPO/Telesales experience can apply.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion ability.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software preferred.
