Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity preferred.
• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
