Telesales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller with experience in loan sales to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, explain loan products, and assist them in the application process. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, guiding customers through available loan options, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from the provided database and explain loan products (personal, home, auto, etc.).
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Provide accurate information on loan terms, interest rates, and documentation.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they complete the loan application process.
• Maintain customer records and update them in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
