Key Responsibilities

Customers ko call karke Ayurvedic products/services explain karna

Leads follow-up karna aur sales convert karna

Customer queries resolve karna

Daily calling report maintain karna

Sales targets achieve karna

CRM/Excel me customer data update karna

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi

Basic English understanding

Convincing & negotiation skills

Telecalling/Telesales experience preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Experience

0–3 Years (Telecalling, BPO, Sales, Customer Support preferred)
