Job Description: Team Leader/Floor Manager (Sales)

Location: Rajouri Garden

Baby Joy Fertility and IVF looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive our IVF sales team.

Experience: Min 5 Years in BPO / IVF / Healthcare Sales as a Team Leader.

Role: Team Handling | Lead Conversion | Patient Coordination | Sales Management

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling 8-10 Sales Team.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • IVF/Healthcare background preferred
  • Target-oriented and good at team management
  • Salary 30k-40k plus incentives
