📞 Hiring: Female Telecaller

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential buyers and property leads.
  • Explain available residential properties, including flats and builder floors.
  • Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, BHK and preferred size.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
  • Build a good relationship with prospective clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Real-estate telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
