Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

●    Make outbound calls to potential retail customers.

●    Explain broadband plans, offers, and benefits clearly.

●    Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.

●    Convert leads into successful sales.

●    Maintain daily call reports and update CRM data.

●    Follow up with interested customers.

●    Coordinate with the installation team after closing the sale.

Requirements:

●    Good communication and convincing skills.

●    Telecalling / Telesales experience preferred (Telecom / Broadband / DTH / Insurance).

●    Target-oriented and confident personality.

●    Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
