Telecaller – Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates across India (Pan India).
• Source and contact candidates through job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Inform candidates about available job opportunities and company requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets assigned by the company.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
