Job Title: Ayurveda Medicine Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Ayurveda Medicine Telesales Executive to promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, explaining product benefits, handling customer inquiries, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential and existing customers via phone.
- Explain Ayurvedic products, treatments, and wellness solutions to customers.
- Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable products within company guidelines.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams for order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and Ayurvedic wellness trends.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (BAMS preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in Ayurveda, herbal products, wellness, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Skills RequiredStrong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good verbal communication in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Customer relationship management.
