Job Description: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients and promote our photography and videography services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to convert inquiries into bookings.

• Responsibilities: Call potential customers and explain our photography packages.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media, ads, and the website.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status.
• Answer client queries regarding pricing, packages, and availability.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and booking targets.
• Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
• Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
• Experience in the photography, wedding, or event industry is an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives.
