Job Description
Telecalling Sales Executive – B2B
We are looking for an Experienced Telecalling Sales Executive for our B2B sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, builders and other B2B customers.
- Generate new business enquiries and sales leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders and payments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/team for pricing and order processing.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and customer details.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / B2B sales is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in the CP Bathroom Fittings, Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings, Plumbing Products or Hardware industry will be highly preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Should be confident while speaking with dealers, distributors and business customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Should be target-oriented, energetic and good at follow-ups.
- Experience in handling B2B customers will be an added advantage.
About Our Industry
We are working in the CP Bathroom Fittings / Bath Fittings industry, supplying products for the B2B market. Candidates with relevant industry experience will have a strong advantage and will be able to understand our products and customers quickly.
Location: Krishna Nagar Metro Station, Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
