Telecaller Outbound

Responsible for making outbound calls to generate sales, qualify leads, or resolve customer inquiries. This role is essential for driving business growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and nurturing relationships.

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients or handle inbound calls for customer support, inquiries, or order processing.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads by understanding customer needs and moving them down the sales funnel.

Query Resolution: Address client concerns, troubleshoot product/service issues, and provide accurate information.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume or sales quotas.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new product features, service changes, and company policies to pitch offerings effectively.
