Job Profile:

A telesales marketing role blends direct sales and lead nurturing. You are responsible for reaching prospects via phone or digital channels, presenting solutions, and converting leads into closed deals. It requires a mix of good communication, persistent follow-up, and a deep understanding of the customers needs.

Responsibilities Lead Management: Respond to, qualify, and nurture inbound marketing leads (such as trial sign-ups or content downloads) until they are ready for a final sale. 

Outbound Calling: Execute outbound calling campaigns for new product launches, promotions, or targeted cold/warm prospect databases.
